Dear Wi-LAN Shareholders: This is a historic moment. We are elated to announce that the current Board of Directors of Wi-LAN ("Losers"), have agreed to resign effective immediately to allow the Concerned Dissident Shareholders and their proposed Alternative Slate of Directors build Wi-LAN into the formidable company it deserves to be.
